Massage was great for both of us. However, I would appreciate different options for non gel colors. I was told by the nail tech that I should have picked gel to get an accurate color after the fact. I wanted pink and my toes are purple. This was my 1st time and I’ve never had that issue at any other nail salon when selecting a color. So that was very disappointing.

My technician was great. She does good work. However, I didn't experience a good first impression. The greeting was poorly done and a turn off. Do better on the greeting. The person at the entrance said what do you want? Really? I almost walked out. Her look was a glare and her tone was abrasive. She commanded "sign in." No one wants to do business like that. How about, hi. May I help you? Go ahead and sign in on the pad. I'm used to paper sign in. Also, I think my technician's right wrist hurts. Her hand kept involuntarily twitching. She may have carpal tunnel syndrome. Don't ignore that. She was also in other pain. Ladies, you do good work caring for other's, but also take care of your health. Take some time to make sure you are doing ok. That's my feedback.
