being a military spouse and moving around a lot I have to start with a new salon every time we move. I had been through 3 salons in 2025 in this area. Needless to say I was frustrated from issues with cracking, lifting, peeling, getting nicked during filing, poor customer service relations and scheduling issues. I was ready to throw in the towel but I decided to once again try a new salon. Based on the reviews, Felicity looked like a good fit. Boy, I was not disappointed at all! The salon is beautiful, very clean, well lit and inviting. I was greeted the minute I walked in the door, offered something to drink and sat immediately. I booked my appointment online which is a massive perk, it was a seamless process, and I received a text confirmation afterwards and a text to confirm the day before . Gigi was fantastic, I absolutely love her. She beyond sweet and kind, she listened to my needs, she was knowledgeable and definitely took her time, and she’s very thorough. We decided together that the plan going forward was transitioning from dip powder to builder gel as I have very weak nails. They came out stunning, and they feel great. I am very happy to have found this salon . I highly recommend it to anyone.

Love him. He knows how to do it all and never disappoints. If you want nice elegant nails he’s the one to do them.. only thing I don’t like is every time I come back the price goes up for my nails. Which this time I got my nails short so I would think my Nails price would be cheaper, but it was not the case they cost more. I was a bit confused went ahead and paid.
